Webmatic applets version 1.36

New Webmatic applets release, in this released added the first menu applet series (RainMenu), now you can create your personal menu for your website. New in version 1.36: - URL target added to all applets; - All the transition applets enanched, now you can associate a link for each image; - Added applet "RainMenu", first applet of the menu series (18 applets in total).
